Nails treatment means any of the following: Manicure, Pedicure, Nail Extensions or artificial nails of any kind, or any other treatments involving cutting, or abrading of the nails, nail cuticle, or the skin around the nails of either the hand or the feet. Nail extension treatments shall include any treatment that involves extending the length of the natural nail with any materials, and repair and/or upkeep of nail extensions.
